Christmas Spirit

We've already attended a variety of holiday parties and programs so the snowflake sweaters from Nan and Teddy have come in very handy as have the many boxes that have been arriving containing gifts
 as you can see.

Though Ben may be outgrowing the MegaBlocks as his interest in LEGOS grows, he still just barely fits in the MegaBlock wagon.  He was even able to use his hands to move the wheels much like a wheelchair.

The boys posing with our little artificial tree.  Sam happens to be wearing the jammies that Ben got for Christmas the year Sam was born.  Notice the precariously perched elf at the top of the tree....his name is Nicholas and he is our family's "Elf on the Shelf." http://www.elfontheshelf.com/

Cheese balls!

A few bits of humor from the boys....

Ben sings, "Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way.  Oh what fun it is to ride in a most convienient way, hey!"

Sam informs us that Santa says, "Yo Ho Ho!"

When Ben and Sam were playing with a little Santa toy the conversation went something like this....
Ben: "Sam, tell Santa what you want for Christmas."
Sam (leaning very close to Santa and speaking very loudly and clearly): "Cheese and crackers!"
Ben: "No, Sam!  You're supposed to ask Santa for a toy!"
Sam (on the verge of tears): "I'm hungry."
